Our day passes are a great way for our customers to try out new venues and our venues to get more bookings.
What are the free day passes?
Our free day passes entitle anyone some of our customers to a free day-long hot-desk booking at each of the 60+ participating venues.
They are a great option as they push you to the front of the queue for our new customers, many of whom begin by only booking venues that feature day passes then end up going to the venues they have tried and and know they like.
How do I turn on free day passes at my venue?
Begin by selecting "Edit" on the left-hand side of the home page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the highlighted button to toggle whether you want the free day pass turned on or off. Please note that this only applies to hot-desks, so you don't have to worry about customers getting any free group space bookings!
Don't forget to click "Save venue", and you're all done.
