How do monthly passes work and how can add this to my listing page?
Tally Workspace now supports monthly passes.
When looking at your venue page and making bookings via Tally Workspace users can request to purchase a monthly hot desk pass. This is valid for 1 month i.e. if the user requests this to start from the 26th of January, it will be valid until the 26th of February. During this time, they can visit your coworking space every working day without having to book an individual hot desk pass.
You will receive the normal email asking you to accept or reject this booking request with a full breakout of the final transfer amount.
How do I add monthly passes to my listing?
Monthly passes can be by logging into your Tally Workspace account and clicking on "desks and spaces".
If you already have hot desks live on your listing, please click on the three dots highlighted below.
Here you can add a price for the unlimited monthly pass.
Once you have saved this change, you will receive an email showing you the full breakdown of the final transfer amount you will receive when this is purchased by a Tally Workspace user.
