Not receiving emails from Tally Workspace

You should receive request, confirmation and reminder emails for each booking.

What do I need to do?

To ensure that all emails from Tally Workspace are received you should whitelist the email address hello@tallyWorkspace.com. 

What is Whitelisting an email?

This means adding an email to an approved sender list. The reason you do this is so that emails from hello@tallyWorkspace.com are never sent to the spam folder. By whitelisting an email address you are confirming that you know and trust the sender (Tally Workspace). This means that your email account will know to send all emails from this sender to your inbox. 

How do I whitelist Tally Workspace? 

This depends on your email provider.  We recommend contacting your IT security team before making any changes to your email settings.  You can find instructions for how to whitelist emails for different email providers here.
